MOISHE'S PURIM PALOOZA



Kharkov Hillel held Moishe's Purim Palooza fashionable night club Hi-Fi'. About 500 students, their parents and younger brothers and sisters took part in the holiday.During two weeks before Purim the students made about 400 carnival costumes, masks and widgets. At the entrance everyone get a costume or mask. Part of guests had their own costumes. So all the participants were spiffy.Before the program special group of students - animators' - played and took pictures with participants.The program consisted of funny games and quizzes devoted to the tradition and history of Purim and performance of the vocal and dance studios of Hillel. Players had to find key words - names of the heroes of Purim in the Meghilat Esher', to make name Vashti', Haman', Mordehai' with special boxes, to find key word in one of the 300 balloons and so on. 80 best players and winners of the games drew prizes - flayers to the party in other night club.Best proper costumes drew prizes too.One of the students with best results following mid term exams could bear away dvd player.It was really cool and funny, real community holiday where students and their parents played together like children.The students of Kharkov Hillel would like to thank The Forest Foundation for this wonderful party.
